Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) for pallets is an automated system that efficiently stores and retrieves goods , replacing manual warehousing tasks. The storage and retrieval machine(SRM) operate as a crane that moves vertically within a single aisle. It is computer controlled systems with extreme accuracy operating in very narrow aisles. Because of the narrow aisles in an automated storage system, an aisle can be reduced to nearly a narrow 2000mm aisle. This creates 40% more space for warehouse storage rather than aisles and one of two types of systems - Unit Load AS/RS and Mini Load AS/RS can be engineered depending on the size of warehouse product being stored.
ASRS racking as the overall system's basic structure. Offers compact storage in high bay warehouses where goods need to be stored and accessed quickly. Pallets are retrieved efficiently for fast order fulfilment through software integration. Orders can be consolidated for shipment, streamlining warehouse operations.
ASRS rack structures are engineered to optimise space in high-bay warehouses. The system is manufactured with precision and is fully bolted to the floor slab.This offers completely straight and robust racking catering to weight of pallets, crane forces as well as local criteria such as environmental loads, soil typesand seismic zone requirements.
The stacker crane is the core equipment of the system. The equipment consists of a horizontal driving device, vertical lifting device, and telescopic fork. The main body of the stacker crane adopts a stable reinforced dual-mast structure, the horizontal drive adopts a German Demag walking device, the lifting adopts a winch lifting design, and the forks are selected from European imported brands. The overall design is compact. Use QR code precise positioning control in both horizontal and vertical directions. The whole machine has innovative design, stable structure, fast driving speed, high acceleration, high positioning accuracy, and low driving noise. The specially treated anti low temperature design makes this system also suitable for cold storage projects.
